A lot of hard work goes into the nest entrance.

This is the Cuckoo Bee of the Hairy-footed Flower Bee - namely the Common Mourning Bee (Melicta albifrons)
These bees do not collect pollen but lay their eggs in the nests of the Hairy-footed Flower Bees.
albifrons = white front - namely the white hairs on the forehead of the bee.
